Bookings and Cancellation Policy

When making a laser treatment booking at Minh Lashes Beauty Clinic, you will be required to provide accurate personal details to secure your appointment. Bookings cannot be confirmed without this information.

We understand that unexpected changes may occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your laser appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $20 surcharge. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (no-shows) will also result in a $20 surcharge.

All personal information collected is handled in accordance with privacy regulations and will be used solely for appointment and clinic purposes.

New Clients

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your laser appointment to fill out a laser consultation form.
• If you are running late, we appreciate a call to let us know. We may need to rearrange your booking time to avoid inconveniencing other patients.
• 24 hours prior to your laser appointment, we send you an SMS confirmation with the day & time of your laser appointment.
• Please reply “YES” or “NO” or call us on +61 452 331 613 to reschedule.
• Please call us 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule, otherwise our cancellation policy may apply.

Reward Points Program

• Minh Lashes Beauty Clinic offers a Reward Points Program to enhance your experience with us. To start earning points, you must register for an account at minhlashes.com.au.
• Once registered, you will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on services or products. Accumulated points can be redeemed as credit towards future treatments or purchases at Minh Lashes Beauty Clinic.
• Reward points hold no cash value and are non-transferable. Points can only be used by the registered account holder. Points cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
• In the event of a cancellation made less than 24 hours before your appointment, 50% of the scheduled service value will be deducted from your available reward points. No-shows may result in further point deductions.
• Please ensure your details are kept up to date on your account to avoid any issues with point redemption or booking.

We operate in accordance with relevant Health and Safety law, Codes of Practice and other Government regulations and Industry guidelines; the following is a short summary of issues relevant to the safety of you, other clients and our staff.

• Minh Lashes Beauty Clinic reserves the right to refuse your laser treatment if you are apparently intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. Please do not leave children unattended at any time during your visit; we cannot accept responsibility for child care.  You may bring children with you provided you leave an adult with them to care for them.
• If you are not feeling well, please tell us before the start of your laser treatment.
• We check and maintain all our laser equipment according to manufacturers’ guidelines and industry standards. Points of contact with you are either sterilized before each laser treatment or disposed of after each laser treatment.
• All our laser therapists have appropriate training and necessary qualifications.

At Minh Lashes Beauty Clinic, we maintain detailed records of your personal information and laser treatment history in accordance with professional record-keeping standards. All information is held in strict confidence and managed in line with our Privacy Statement, which outlines our commitment to protecting your personal data.

Please note: For safety and professional reasons, we do not disclose laser machine settings used during treatment. This policy exists because:

• Settings are determined by our professional calculations and in-depth experience with our machines
• Replicating these settings on other machines, which may differ in technology, maintenance, or calibration, may result in undesirable outcomes
• Competent laser technicians can determine appropriate settings using their own equipment and judgment

Payment Surcharge Notice
To continue offering competitive and affordable pricing, all payments made via credit card or EFTPOS will incur a 1.5% surcharge. Payments via AMEX or corporate cards will incur a 3% surcharge. Minh Lashes Beauty Clinic reserves the right to adjust service pricing at any time without prior notice.
