Bookings and Cancellation Policy

When making your laser booking, you will be asked for some personal details including your Credit Card details. Credit card details must be supplied when you make your booking. We cannot accept a laser booking without credit card details being provided.

We understand that sometimes you cannot make your laser appointment, if you provide us with 24 hours notice we will not charge you for the missed laser appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service or appointment charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service or appointment fee.

All charges and transactions made by Minh Lashes Beauty Clinic are in accordance with Credit Card guidelines and Policy as well as relevant law.

New Clients

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your laser appointment to fill out a laser consultation form.
  • If you are running late, we appreciate a call to let us know. We may need to rearrange your booking time to avoid inconveniencing other patients.
  • 24 hours prior to your laser appointment, we send you an SMS confirmation with the day & time of your laser appointment.
  • Please reply “YES” or “NO” or call us on +61 452 331 613 to reschedule.
  • Please call us 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule, otherwise our cancellation policy may apply.

Gift Vouchers

  • Please advise us at the time of your booking if you have a laser Gift Voucher. Please quote the G. V. number.
  • Please have your Voucher with you on the day of your laser treatment. We reserve the right to decline your booking if the voucher is not provided. Gift Certificates hold no cash value and cannot be combined with any other special offers.
  • Our Gift vouchers are transferrable. Please call us to let us know that a name of a new holder
  • Our Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months and have a set expiry date. If you do not use the certificate prior to the expiry date please call us so we can extend it for a further 2 months – Gift Certificates cannot be extended if you contact us after the expiry date.
  • Vouchers are unable to be replaced if lost.
  • If you cancel your laser appointment in less than 24 hours, Minh Lashes Beauty Clinic will deduct 50% value of your Gift Certificate.

O H & S:

We operate in accordance with relevant Health and Safety law, Codes of Practice and other Government regulations and Industry guidelines; the following is a short summary of issues relevant to the safety of you, other clients and our staff.

  • Minh Lashes Beauty Clinic reserves the right to refuse your laser treatment if you are apparently intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. Please do not leave children unattended at any time during your visit; we cannot accept responsibility for child care.  You may bring children with you provided you leave an adult with them to care for them.
  • If you are not feeling well, please tell us before the start of your laser treatment.
  • We check and maintain all our laser equipment according to manufacturers’ guidelines and industry standards. Points of contact with you are either sterilized before each laser treatment or disposed of after each laser treatment.
  • All our laser therapists have appropriate training and necessary qualifications.

Information about You and Your Treatment

We keep records of you and your laser treatment as part of our proper record-keeping procedures. This information remains strictly confidential in line with the Minh Lashes Beauty Clinic Privacy Statement. Our Privacy Statement explains and describes our procedures and protections as regards:

  • Security of Information;
  • Collection of Information;
  • Disclosure of Information;
  • What is included in your personal information record;
  • Your right to Access and Inspect your Personal Information;
  • Request for access, inspection, and/or a copy of your personal information;

Correction of Information;

  • Fees to inspect, access and/or obtain a copy of your personal information;
  • We refrain from releasing commercial information that isn’t necessary.

We encourage you to review our Privacy Statement and other published information about Laser Hair Removal and other laser treatments provided at Minh Lashes Beauty Clinic. For various reasons we DO NOT provide information about laser machine settings used during laser treatments. Our reasons for not providing information about settings used include:

  • The settings are based on our calculations and our experience with our laser machines; and
  • Translation of these settings to other laser machines that may be different and not maintained to the same high standard as ours; may cause unwanted and unwelcome outcomes for you; and also
  • Any competent laser therapist can reliably determine the settings they need to use to treat you with their laser machines.

Please note : To maintain our affordable prices all CREDIT CARDS and EFTPOS will incur 1.5% surcharge
AMEX AND CORPORATE CARDS will incur 3% surcharge. We reserve the right to change our prices without further notice.
