1. Exchange Method
All returns and exchanges will be issued as Store Credit (Credit Note), which can be used for future purchases in-store or online.
Minh Lashes does not offer cash refunds or bank transfers for change of mind or incorrect orders.
2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You may request an exchange within 24–48 hours of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging intact.
- You have a valid receipt or order confirmation.
- The item is not a sale, promotional, pre-order, or tester product.
3. Non-Eligible Return Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
- The return request was made outside the eligible time frame.
- No valid proof of purchase is provided.
- The return is made without prior notice or approval.
- The item was not purchased directly from Minh Lashes’ official channels.
4. Shipping & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Minh Lashes is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed returns during transit.
5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product:
- Do not use the item.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via minhlashes.beauty@gmail.com.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Once verified, we will issue store credit or send a replacement item as appropriate.
6. Refunds in Special Circumstances
In rare cases where an item is confirmed to be significantly faulty and cannot be replaced, a refund may be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing time is approximately 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
7. Shipping Policy
Free shipping is available within Australia for:
- Orders over AUD$250 (Standard Shipping)
- Orders over AUD$350 (Express Shipping)
For international orders:
- Free shipping via DHL for orders over AUD$500
- Any customs duties and taxes at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility
8. How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Clear photos of the item in question
- Reason for the return or exchange
Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Returns without prior notice will be refused and returned to the sender.

6. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Minh Lashes is not liable for any lost or damaged return packages, so we recommend using a tracked service.

Once we verify the returned item meets our return conditions, we will email your store credit within 1–3 business days.
8. Are returns/exchanges accepted for items bought through third parties?
No. Returns and exchanges only apply to products purchased directly from our official platforms (Website, Facebook, Instagram, or Official Shopee store).
9. Can I cancel my order after payment?
Once an order is paid and marked as “processing” or “shipped”, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
10. Are pre-order items eligible for return or cancellation?
No. Pre-order items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
11. What if I change my mind after receiving the product?
Unfortunately, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Please ensure you select your products carefully before placing an order.
12. Do you offer exchanges for sale or discounted items?
No exchanges or returns are accepted on clearance, discounted, or promotional items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
13. What if my parcel is delayed or lost during delivery?
Minh Lashes is not responsible for shipping delays or lost parcels caused by courier services. Please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
14. Can I return eyelash glue or other liquid items?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on glue, liquids, or cosmetic products unless faulty and unopened.
